This was a truly fantastic experience. Mir and Steve took tremendous care of us. We were upside down in an old vehicle loan, and with a baby on the way, we wanted a new CR-V. We walked in at 3:45, and we left at 7pm with a beautiful, brand-spanking new CR-V! We couldn't have been any happier with the experience, the treatment, or the effort in general. I had a really positive experience taking my car in to get serviced. My service advisor was Janetta Marrero, and she really worked with me to help me get the most out of my visit. She took the time to go over the diagnostic of my vehicles and helped me prioritize the service my vehicle needed and would need in the future- something I really appreciated. I'll defintely be going back again. Even though I live about 75 miles away in Norwalk, going to Hoffman Honda for important service or maintenance is worth the drive to me.

I purchased a 2011 CR-V. Followed the edmunds rule and reasearched everything. Also I followed Clark Howard and went in knowing my credit score ect. Finally made use of the edmunds.com competive qutoe engine. I sent queries to four dealerships and negotiated my best price, which was $1,200 below dealer cost (not MSRP but what the dealer bought the CR-V for from Honda). My sales person was Karon. I found him to be pleasent and direct; no cagy salesman games. He honored all commitments made through e-mail. There were no surprises when I arrived at the dealership. I highly reccommed getting competive offers in writing from dealers. You would be surprised how much money you can save. I arrived at the dealer at 2:30 pm and drove home by 5:30 pm. Others have given bad reviews and this was not my experience. Lastly, Dave the finance manger was also good and made sure we knew about GAP coverage as we put no money down. So for an extra $500 my loan will be paid in full in the event an accident. I know that they may make a little on this but after the good deal I got the CR-V it seemed foolish not to protect my investment. Do your homework and this dealership is not a scary place at all.
