Dan in service is the best. He is so helpful and wonderful. The first person I would like to
recognize is Steve (Sales Manager). Steve makes the decision of buying
or leasing, new or used the very best experience that a customer can
expect. Steve's professionalism and extensive background make him the
perfect Sales Manager for any auto dealership. Hoffman should be very
pleased to have him. He introduced me to Carmen (Sales
Consultant). Carmen is one of the most pleasant and knowledgeable
salesman I have experienced. Carmen went over my options (both new and
used) and explained the car differences in each vehicle. Carmen is a
salesman that cares that you make the right decision and will follow
through until the end. His approach to sales is not like that of your
typical salesman, which makes him a valued asset to your company.
