Honda Roadside Assistance offers 24-hour emergency road service that is available in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico throughout your three-year/36,000 mile warranty term, starting with 2015 vehicles. Here is a breakdown of the services you can enjoy through our Roadside Assistance service, and be sure to ask our staff here at Hoffman Honda if you have any questions as to how this improves the commute of Hartford, Avon, and Farmington drivers.

24-Hour Roadside Service

The Honda Roadside Assistance Service will dispatch a unit to offer help to you if you experience any of the following issues. Simply call the toll free number (866) 864-5211 and you will receive services to allow you to proceed on your trip. You are covered for any of the following services, though limitations do apply:

  • Winching
  • Jump Start
  • Flat Tire
  • Fuel Delivery
  • Lockout
  • Accident Tow
  • Mechanical Tow

24-Hour Emergency Towing

If it turns out that your car needs to be towed, Honda Roadside Assistance will arrange for it to be brought in to the nearest dealer in the event of mechanical disablement that impairs its ability to drive. Your vehicle must be accessible to our dispatched transport unit to receive this benefit, as determined by the local facility.

Note: You will need to pay up front for any warranty repairs performed by anybody other than a Honda dealership. Please submit a claim for a warranty reimbursement to your local Honda dealer.

Emergency Lockout Service

Whether you lost, broke, or locked them in your car, Honda Roadside Assistance will help you get into your vehicle.

Trip Interruption

In the event that mechanical problems render your vehicle unable to continue, these benefits are available to you:

  • Your vehicle must be disabled more than 100 miles away from your primary residence.
  • Reimbursement is considered for the expenses incurred during the first three days following the vehicle's disablement.
  • The Total Trip Interruption benefit is $300: $100 per day for up to three days.
  • Honda Roadside Assistance will also cover reasonable costs for food, lodging, and alternate transportation, such as rental car and/or commercial transportation.
  • The costs for reuniting the Honda owner with the vehicle are included for a total of $300 maximum benefit.

Alternate Transportation, Rental Vehicle**

At your request, Honda Roadside Assistance will help you acquire a rental vehicle or taxi service for you to get to where you need to.

Hotel Reservations**

If you need it, you can request Honda Roadside Assistance to assist in locating emergency lodging when your trip away from home is interrupted.

Airline Information

If your Honda model is disabled, Honda Roadside Assistance can help obtain flight information, which also includes times and fares.

Message Relay

In case of emergency, Honda Roadside Assistance will try to contact the people whom you provided phone numbers for, such as spouse or office, in an attempt to inform them of your situation.

Enhanced Directory Assistance

Honda Roadside Assistance will attempt to locate service stations, ATMs, and/or banks nearby and provide telephone and address information, including directions, when applicable in an effort to help you continue with your day.

**Any third party costs (such as vehicle rental, taxi, lodging, flight fares, etc.) associated with the rendering of the Trip Continuation Services noted with an asterisk (**) above shall be borne by the driver requesting the service.

(CCMC) acts merely as a dispatcher or referral service to persons or entities who provide the actual service.  These persons and/or entities are independent contractors. Accordingly, CCMC assumes no responsibility for the acts, errors, omissions, negligence, malfeasance or misfeasance of such persons and/or entities.  All persons availing themselves of this benefit of Honda Roadside Assistance are to look solely to such persons and/or entities for liability or rising in connection there with, and not to CCMC.  Honda Roadside Assistance services are provided through Cross Country Motor Club, Inc., Medford, MA. 02155, except in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, Wisconsin, Wyoming, where services are provided through Cross Country Motor Club California, Inc., Thousand Oaks, CA 91360.  Honda reserves the right to limit services or reimbursements to an owner or driver when, in the judgment of Honda, the claims become excessive in frequency or type of occurance.  Honda also reserves the right to alter to withdraw the Honda Roadside Assistance program at any time without notice.
